Classe 1996, Giorgia Papasidero, conosciuta anche come AGAPE, è una cantante italiana di Roma. Essendo cresciuta con l'R & B e la musica soul, include quelle vibrazioni nel suo lavoro.

AGAPE è nota al pubblico per la sua partecipazione a The Voice of Italy 2016, Vocalist a Furore su Rai2 con Alessandro Greco e Gigi & Ross, oltre che ospite in varie trasmissioni radiofoniche tra cui Radio2. Si è inoltre esibita su prestigiosi palchi in tutto il mondo.

AGAPE è determinata a conquistare il settore pubblico con le sue canzoni, affrontando temi importanti come il suicidio, l'uguaglianza di genere, le periferie, utilizzando sempre sonorità diverse e internazionali.

AGAPE ha collaborato con grandi artisti tra cui Adrian Zagoritis, Mario Zannini, PAPIK e Ricky Mazzamauro. Il suo ultimo pezzo, “Peccato Capitale Vol. III ", prodotto da EastDrrty, è stato rilasciato nel marzo 2020.

Born in 1996, Giorgia Papasidero, also known as AGAPE, is an Italian singer from Rome. Having grown up with R&B and Soul music, she includes those vibes in her work.

AGAPE is known to the public through her participation in The Voice of Italy 2016, Vocalist a Furore on Rai2 with Alessandro Greco and Gigi & Ross, as well as a guest in various radio broadcasts including Radio2. She has also performed on prestigious stages all over the world.

AGAPE is determined to conquer the public sector with her songs, dealing with important issues such as suicide, gender equality, the suburbs, always using different and international sounds.

AGAPE has collaborated with great artists including Adrian Zagoritis, Mario Zannini, PAPIK, and Ricky Mazzamauro. Her latest piece, “Peccato Capitale Vol. III,” produced by EastDrrty, was released in March 2020.

Cosa ti ha ispirato a diventare un musicista?

What inspired you to become a musician?

La cosa che più profondamente mi ha ispirato a diventare musicista è stata quella di riuscire a trascrivere in musica quello che cantavo, i motivetti che avevo in testa. Ma non mi considero musicista, piuttosto mi considero una cantante che si accompagna al pianoforte.

The thing that most deeply inspired me to become a musician was to be able to transcribe the tunes I had in my head into music that I sang. But I don't consider myself a musician, rather I consider myself a singer who accompanies herself on the piano.

Quanti anni avevi quando hai iniziato a suonare?

How old were you when you started playing (music)?

Ho iniziato a suonare ad 12 anni, poi ho lasciato dopo pochi mesi (non sono mai stata una studentessa modello), ho poi ripreso a 15 anni per rilasciare nuovamente e farlo in maniera autonoma, senza insegnanti.

I started playing at 12, then I stopped after a few months (I have never been a model student). I started again at 15 independently, without teachers.

Come descriveresti la tua musica?

How would you describe your music?

Mutabile. Cambia a seconda di quello che vivo, che penso, che sono, in un certo momento della mia vita.

Constantly changing. It changes according to what I live, what I think, who I am, at a certain moment in my life.

Dove ti sei esibito? Hai dei prossimi concerti?

Where have you performed? Do you have any upcoming shows?

Mi sono esibita nei luoghi più belli del mondo, New York, Dubai, Svizzera, India, Francia, Libano, e tantissimi altri posti, grazie alla mia agenzia. Attualmente causa covid siamo un settore fermo. Non so ancora le date dei prossimi concerti e dove.

I have performed in the most beautiful places in the world, New York, Dubai, Switzerland, India, France, Lebanon, and many other places, thanks to my agency. Currently due to covid we are a stagnant sector. I still don't know the dates of the next concerts and where.

Dov'è il luogo del tuo concerto ideale?

Where is your ideal place to perform?

Io avendo un’influenza musicale R&B, Soul, amo l’America e quindi il mio concerto ideale sarebbe esattamente lí.

Having an R&B and Soul musical influence, I love America and therefore my ideal concert would be exactly there.

Qual è la tua canzone preferita da esibire?

What is your favorite song to perform?

Tra le mie canzoni la mia preferita è “Lo Specchio” mentre come cover amo in questo momento “Shallow” dal film A Star is Born.

Among my songs my favorite is “Lo Specchio” while as a cover I love “Shallow” from the movie A Star is Born.

Which famous musicians do you admire?

Sicuramente tra i pilastri che ammiro e considero inarrivabili, di un altro pianeta ci sono: Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston. Tra gli attuali sicuramente Beyoncè, Jessie J, HER.

Surely among the pillars that I admire and consider unattainable, of another planet are: Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston. Among the current certainly Beyoncè, Jessie J, HER.

Qual è il miglior consiglio che ti è stato dato?

What is the best advice you’ve been given?

Il consiglio più importante per me è stato: “Prova a trascrivere in musica la tua anima!”

The most important advice for me was: "Try transcribing your soul into music!"

Se potessi cambiare qualcosa nel settore della musica, quale sarebbe?

If you could change something about the Music Industry, what would it be?

Direi basta alle corruzioni, raccomandazioni.

I would say enough of corruption, recommendations.

What is a message you would like to give to your fans?
