Classe 1993, Pietro Labianca, detto Pietro TheWhite, è un cantautore italiano di Foggia. È attivo nel panorama musicale dal 2018, con influenze pop e contemporanee. Pietro è stato protagonista dei casting di Amici di Maria De Filippi dove è stato eleggibile per le prime due fasi, oltre che al Tour Music Fest negli anni 2018 e 2019. Nell'estate 2019 si è esibito in alcune piazze di provincia e era in finale del “Festival di Voci d'Oro” a Montecatini Terme.
Nel settembre 2018, il primo singolo di Pietro, "Mani", è stato pubblicato su tutte le piattaforme di streaming. Il maggio successivo pubblica il suo secondo singolo, "Ora che sei ci sei". Nell'estate del 2020, nel momento in cui ce n'è più bisogno, Pietro ha pubblicato "Quarantine Summer", così come il video musicale. Durante l'estate, ha anche partecipato al programma televisivo "The Coach" come cantautore. Il programma è andato in onda da ottobre il 7 oro.
L'ultimo singolo di Pietro TheWhite, "Aria", è stato pubblicato a novembre 2020.
Born in 1993, Pietro Labianca, known as Pietro TheWhite, is an Italian singer-songwriter from Foggia. He has been active in the music scene since 2018, with pop and contemporary influences. Pietro was protagonist of the castings of Amici di Maria De Filippi where he was eligible for the first two phases, as well as in the Tour Music Fest in the years 2018 and 2019. In the summer of 2019, he performed in some provincial squares and was in the final of the “Festival di Voci d'Oro” in Montecatini Terme.
In September 2018, Pietro’s first single, "Mani," was released on all streaming platforms. The following May, he published his second single, "Ora che sei ci sei." In summer 2020, in a time when it’s most needed, Pietro released "Quarantine Summer," as well as the music video. During the summer, he also participated in the television program, "The Coach," as a songwriter. The program has been broadcast since October on 7 gold.

Quanti anni avevi quando hai iniziato a suonare?
How old were you when you started playing (music)?
Io ho iniziato a strimpellare la chitarra da 6 anni poi l’ho abbandonata e ripresa solo in seguito nel 2017. Invece ho iniziato lezioni di piano.
I started strumming the guitar at 6 years old, then I abandoned it and only started again in 2017. Instead, I started piano lessons.

How would you describe your music?
Una musica diretta che punta ad emozionare senza giri di parole.
Direct music that aims to excite without mincing words.

Where have you performed? Do you have any upcoming shows?
Sono un 5/6 Anni che sto girando per piazze, pub, ristoranti per far arrivare la mia musica. In questo momento ho in testa tante cose che per via di questa pandemia non riesco a realizzare ma cerco di prepararle e tenerle pronte nel momento in cui finisca questa situazione.
For 5/6 years, I have been wandering around squares, pubs, restaurants to get my music. Right now, I have so many things in my head that because of this pandemic I am unable to achieve but I try to prepare and keep them ready when this situation ends.
Dov'è il luogo del tuo concerto ideale?
Where is your ideal place to perform?
Io ho avuto sempre un sogno. Esibirmi al “Forum” di Assago (MI) per me significherebbe che quel sogno da bambino è riuscito finalmente a prendere forma.
I've always had a dream. Performing at the “Forum” in Assago (MI) would mean for me that that childhood dream finally managed to take shape.
Qual è la tua canzone preferita da esibire?
What is your favorite song to perform?
“Quarantine Summer”, ad oggi è la canzone che preferisco nei live, dal sound estivo e spensierato dove tutti ballano.

Io ho sempre amato Cesare Cremonini, i Negramaro, Emma, Tiziano Ferro, Giorgia, Alessandra Amoroso.

Qual è il miglior consiglio che ti è stato dato?
What is the best advice you’ve been given?
Di non sentirsi mai “arrivati” anche se un giorno saremo arrivati in alto. Penso che sia un ottimo consiglio che ti faccia rimanere per quel che vale con i piedi per terra.
To never feel "arrived" even if one day we will have reached the top. I think it's great advice to keep you grounded for what it's worth.
Se potessi cambiare qualcosa nel settore della musica, quale sarebbe?
If you could change something about the Music Industry, what would it be?
Bah, sinceramente a volte trovo canzoni meno belle che fanno più successo di alcuni brani davvero scritti con una penna incisiva e questa cosa mi dispiace. Ma non cambierei niente.
Well, honestly sometimes I find less beautiful songs that are more successful than some songs really written with a sharp pen and this thing I'm sorry. But I wouldn't change anything.
Qual è un messaggio che vorresti dare ai tuoi fan?
What is a message you would like to give to your fans?
Di continuare a sostenermi e di condividere la mia musica per crescere sempre di più. Li ringrazio ogni giorno per quello che fanno per me.

What’s next for you?
È uscito da meno di un mese il mio ultimo singolo “Aria” a cui tengo particolarmente e per via delle chiusure non sono riuscito a registrare il videoclip. Ecco, quindi dapprima vorrei chiudere il capitolo di Aria, per poi potermi dedicare a un altro singolo.
My latest single "Aria", which I really care about, has been out less than a month ago and because of the closures I was unable to record the video clip. Here, so first I would like to close the chapter of Aria, and then I can dedicate myself to another single.
