Classe 1997, Vitiana Lovicario è una cantautrice italiana di Altamura, un piccolo paese della Puglia. Nel 2020 si laurea in marketing e comunicazione e segue subito gli studi scolastici, iniziando a lavorare come social in un'azienda locale. Il suo songwriting nasce dall'esigenza di parlare della vita e del suo modo di pensare su vari argomenti. Di solito ama parlare di storie d'amore, raccontarle come se le avesse vissute in prima persona mentre cercava di dare una vena romantica all'insieme; non a caso il suo primo lavoro inedito si intitola “RomAntica”.
Vitiana ha partecipato ad Area Sanremo nel 2020 con "RomAntica" e ancora nel 2021, ma con un diverso brano inedito, sempre scritto dal nuovo cantautore dal titolo "Me l'hai già detto". A partire da ottobre 2021, il nuovo singolo è disponibile su tutte le piattaforme, segnando il passaggio da "Vitiana interprete" a "Vitiana cantautore", con cui i due continuano a convivere. Vitiana fa anche parte della band "I Joysis", che si esibisce in locali e piazze con, presentando un repertorio che spazia dagli anni '80 fino ai giorni nostri.
Born in 1997, Vitiana Lovicario is an Italian singer-songwriter from Altamura, a small town in Puglia. In 2020, she graduated in marketing and communication and immediately followed her school studies, started working as social media in a local company. Her songwriting arose from the need to talk about life and her way of thinking about various topics. She usually loves talking about love stories, telling them as if she lived them firsthand while trying to give a romantic vein to the whole; it is no coincidence that her first unpublished work is entitled, “RomAntica.”
Vitiana participated in Area Sanremo in 2020 with “RomAntica,” and again in 2021, but with a different unpublished song, again written by the new singer-songwriter entitled, "Me l’hai già detto.” Starting from October 2021, the new single is available on all platforms, marking the transition from "Vitiana interpreter" to "Vitiana singer-songwriter," which the two continue to coexist. Vitiana is also part of the band "I Joysis," whom she performs in clubs and squares with, presenting a repertoire ranging from the 80’s up to the present day.

What inspired you to become a musician?
Credo che cantare, scrivere testi e fare musica, sono tra le poche cose che so fare meglio e che mi fanno sentire bene; perciò, quando ti rendi conto che non puoi fare a meno di fare determinate queste cose allora le fai e basta.
I believe that singing, writing lyrics and making music are among the few things I do best and that make me feel good; so, when you realize that you can't help but do certain things then you just do them.

How old were you when you started playing (music)?
Quando ero piccola, alle elementari ho preso per qualche anno lezioni di pianoforte e poi ho smesso. Ho ricominciato con il canto, un po' tardi a 18 anni.
When I was little, I took piano lessons for a few years in elementary school and then I stopped. I started singing again, a little late at 18.

How would you describe your music?
Io direi pop e romantica.
I would say pop and romantic.

Where have you performed? Do you have any upcoming shows?
Mi sono esibita in teatro, in piazza, in diversi locali, in TV locali e anche d'avanti a diverse commissioni per concorsi vari.
I performed in the theater, in the square, in different clubs, on local TV, and also in front of commissions for various competitions.
Dov'è il luogo del tuo concerto ideale?
Where would your ideal concert be?
Mi piacerebbe fare un concerto in un luogo all'aperto, tipo in un bosco, tipo un festival.
I would like to do a concert in an open place, like in a field, like a festival.
Qual è la tua canzone preferita da esibire?
What is your favorite song to perform?
Non ho una canzone preferita, dipende dal momento. Ovviamente preferirei esibirmi con i miei brani ma non mi dispiace cantare cover a cui sento di appartenere.
I don't have a favorite song; it depends on the moment. Obviously, I would prefer to perform with my own songs, but I don't mind singing covers that I feel I can relate to.

Lo dico a tutti, anche a me stessa: "continua a lottare per ciò che vuoi, fai quello che ti piace fare e tutto andrà per il meglio".
I tell everyone, even myself: "keep fighting for what you want, do what you like to do, and everything will be for the best"
